Quick questions
Do you bring the alcohol?
With a licensed venue, usually the venue does. Everywhere else, you do, and we write the list, backed by the Right-Quantity Guarantee. Cocktail Attire includes pickup and delivery of everything on it; Black Tie adds chill-and-stage the day before.
What's included?
Every package: licensed, insured bartenders, the bar, cups, napkins, ice, coolers, bar tools, your shopping list, setup and cleanup. Cocktail Attire adds two signature cocktails, the menu card, pickup and delivery and the leftover count. An 18% Crew Service Fee applies to every booking.
How far do you travel?
Rogers, Bentonville, Springdale, Fayetteville, Bella Vista, Siloam Springs, Eureka Springs and Beaver Lake, plus Little Rock, Conway and Hot Springs through our Central Arkansas manager.
How many bartenders do I need for 100 guests?
Our rule of thumb is [one bartender per X guests] for beer and wine, and more when signature cocktails are on the menu, which is why Black Tie comes with two bartenders and a bar back. Tell Sue your headcount and menu and she sizes the crew.
Our venue has a bar but no bartenders. Which package?
Just the Crew. Want signature cocktails there too? Just the Crew plus the Cocktail Design add-on: we bring the mixers and garnishes, your venue provides the bar.
We're in a tent at a venue that has an indoor bar.
Casual or Cocktail Attire. The bar has to be where the party is. You can also start with Just the Crew and add the bar later; tell us on the call and we'll quote the difference.
Is Sue at my party?
Sue plans every event and is your one point of contact. On the night, a crew lead she trained runs the bar from the same checklist, which is how we can promise 15 minutes early at every party.
