The Bar Plan, in writing

On time. Set up. Cleaned up. Guaranteed in the contract.

At a licensed venue the venue usually supplies the alcohol; everywhere else you do, and the ABC permit sits with the caterer, the venue or the event permit holder. Our mobile bartending crew brings the bar, cups, ice and staff, plans exactly what to buy, and stands behind the plan.

Questions planners ask before they book

How many bartenders do I need for 100 guests?
Our rule of thumb is [one bartender per X guests] for beer and wine, and more when signature cocktails are on the menu, which is why Black Tie comes with two bartenders and a bar back. Tell Sue your headcount and menu on the call and she sizes the crew.
Who buys the alcohol?
With a licensed venue, usually the venue. Everywhere else, you do, and we write the list. Follow it and the Right-Quantity Guarantee covers you.
Our venue has a bar but no bartenders. Which package?
Just the Crew. Want signature cocktails too? Just the Crew plus the Cocktail Design add-on: we bring the mixers and garnishes, your venue provides the bar.
We're in a tent at a venue that has an indoor bar.
Casual or Cocktail Attire. The bar has to be where the party is. You can start with Just the Crew and add the bar later; tell us on the call and we'll quote the difference.
